Theo Moumtzidis, managing director

Theo has 25 years of experience advising financial institutions and government agencies involved in the financial sector. He has served clients in the U.S., Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Oceania, and Europe. Theo's areas of expertise include corporate planning and business unit strategy, retail banking, debt collections, small business banking, channel management (branch, call center, online), customer experience, profitability measurement, performance reporting, organizational design, expense management, among many others. His clients have included banks (global, major nationals, mid-size, specialty), government sponsored enterprises and agencies, credit card issuers, private equity and venture capital firms, online banking service providers, various startups, and others. 

Prior to founding Delos Advisors in 2015, Theo was a Senior Partner at First Manhattan Consulting Group where he headed a Practice on Retail Banking Strategy.  Earlier, he was a Partner at Mitchel Madison Group.  He started his consulting career at The Boston Consulting Group.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (with honors) from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

rodrigo suarez, SENIOR ADVISOR

Rodrigo has 10 years of experience advising financial institutions and government agencies in the U.S., Mexico, and Central America. His areas of expertise include retail banking, small business banking, profitability measurement, performance reporting, product design, among others. His clients have included government sponsored enterprises and agencies, mortgage lenders, retail banks, specialty banks, and online bank service providers.

Prior to co-founding Delos Advisors, Rodrigo was a senior consultant in the Retail Banking Strategy Practice of First Manhattan Consulting Group. He is presently Principal at INV Fintech.

He holds bachelor’s and masters degrees in engineering and economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors.
